Yoga for Real Life: Embracing Motherhood

This is the heart of my practice. It’s about finding moments of peace and movement amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood, with toys on the floor and little ones close by. My sessions are designed to be flexible, showing you how to incorporate yoga into your life, not the other way around.

Gentle & Restorative Flows

These sessions focus on healing, relaxation, and safe movement, perfect for the prenatal and postpartum body. We use gentle stretches and supportive props to release tension, build foundational strength, and give you space to connect with your body.

Breathwork & Mindfulness

Breathwork, or pranayama, is a cornerstone of my teaching and my personal sanity. In our sessions, we explore simple breathing techniques to manage stress, improve sleep, and cultivate a sense of calm. This is about finding happiness in contentment, or 'Santosh Param Sukham'.

My Advanced Practice

This is a look into my personal yoga journey and the advanced asanas I practice to maintain my strength, flexibility, and discipline. While we won't be doing these specific poses in our prenatal or postpartum classes, this dedication to my own practice deeply informs the safe, knowledgeable, and supportive way I teach.
