Breathwork & Mindfulness Yoga Sessions

Finding peace in the middle of a busy day does not require a retreat. Through simple pranayama and intentional movement, we create a quiet space to reset your nervous system from the comfort of home.

Patience is a virtue that is constantly tested, especially in motherhood. Here, I am practicing Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) in a park. This pranayama technique is incredibly calming for the nervous system and helps bring balance to the mind.

'Santosh Param Sukham'. This phrase, meaning contentment is the highest happiness, is a guiding principle for me. My practice, including poses like Natarajasana and standing splits, is a moving meditation on finding joy in the present moment.

It takes years to learn to speak and a lifetime to learn to keep quiet. This deep backbend in Kapotasana is a practice in surrender and listening to the body's wisdom in silence. True communication often happens without words.

(Repeated from Featured) It has been a long journey from being worried about my son interrupting my practice to him joining me in chanting. This moment, with him reciting the Gayatri Mantra beside me as I practice Agnisar Kriya, is a testament to patience and embracing what is.

(Repeated from Yoga for Real Life) We are both doing what we love. While I practice Nauli Kriya and pranayama, my son is absorbed in his books. We can create a space where everyone's needs are honored.

About this collection

When I teach breathwork, we are not chasing deep, meditative states that feel out of reach; we focus on anchors, which are short, simple pranayama techniques you can use when your toddler is crying or your mind is racing. Whether it is Nadi Shodhana to settle your nerves or a quick breath count to manage frustration, we develop a toolkit specific to your daily chaos, not an idealized version of your life.

Why Breathwork Matters for Moms

Motherhood is physically and mentally demanding. Often, we look for peace in big, quiet moments that rarely happen. My approach to breathwork is about finding that calm in the middle of the noise. Breathwork is not just about relaxation; it is a physiological tool to regulate your nervous system, lower cortisol, and help you find 'Santosh Param Sukham' or contentment, even when your day is anything but perfect.

How We Work Together

Whether you are looking for 1-on-1 personalized coaching or a small group setting, I tailor the practice to where you are right now.

  • 1-on-1 Sessions: These are fully personalized. We look at your specific triggers, sleep patterns, and physical needs—like Diastasis Recti recovery or pelvic floor health—and integrate breathwork to support your healing.
  • Diagnostic Consultation: If you are unsure where to start, we do a 60-minute assessment to identify your body's needs, check for misalignment, and learn 2-3 immediate therapeutic poses to address acute pain.
  • Online Flexibility: Everything is done via video call. You do not need a studio setup. You just need your mat, a quiet corner, and the willingness to show up as you are, even if you are still in your pajamas.

My Philosophy

I believe strength and softness coexist. My own practice has evolved from being worried about noise to chanting with my son. I teach you to do the same: to stop fighting the interruptions and learn to breathe through them. This is not about chasing the perfect pose. It is about building a sustainable practice that serves your life as it is today.
