This gallery is a glimpse into my personal daily discipline. It is where I find my strength, my balance, and my sanity, especially amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood.

Your breath and your practice are your real teachers. Here, I'm exploring a variation of Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand). This pose requires immense focus and a deep connection to the breath to find balance.

The way you love is who you are. For me, love is showing up on the mat, even when it's hard. This tuck handstand is a result of consistent practice and a love for the journey.

Working on my handstand scorpion against the wall. Using the wall as a prop is a safe way to build strength and confidence in inversions. It's all about progress, not perfection.

Another look at the handstand scorpion drill. This pose is a deep backbend and an inversion, requiring both shoulder flexibility and core strength. Every morning is an opportunity to do something you love.

This is a wall drill for dropping back from a handstand into a wheel pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana). It's an advanced transition that I've been working on to build control and back strength.

If I miss the boat, it wasn't my boat. This is my mantra for my practice and for life. This sequence, moving into a lotus variation in a forearm stand, is a reminder to trust the process and let go of the outcome.

The same asana, but with different entries. Exploring various ways to enter Pincha Mayurasana, like a single leg press or a pike jump, keeps the practice interesting and challenging. Each entry offers a different experience.

All you have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to you. For me, that means finding time for deep backbends like this Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel pose) on my travels.

A deep hip-opening sequence. This pose requires significant flexibility and is part of my dedicated practice to maintain mobility. These deeper expressions of asanas inform how I teach more gentle and accessible variations.

Thanking my mat for holding space for every version of me. This flow, from a headstand variation to Natarajasana (dancer's pose), was part of my International Yoga Day celebration.

About My Advanced Practice

Many ask why I practice intense inversions like Pincha Mayurasana while focusing on prenatal or postpartum yoga. It is not just about the pose itself. My own practice builds the deep core stability and shoulder strength I need to offer precise, safe, and knowledgeable adjustments for your specific trimester or recovery stage. When you train with me, you are getting the benefit of a teacher who is constantly testing and strengthening her own body to better support yours.
