About Guiding Others

We spend a lot of time on biomechanical cues, using props like blocks and wheels to ensure you’re moving safely rather than just sweating through the motions. It’s not about how deep you go into a pose, but how well you control the movement to prevent strain, which is exactly the approach I used to rebuild my own strength after surgery.
