About Guiding Others
We spend a lot of time on biomechanical cues, using props like blocks and wheels to ensure you’re moving safely rather than just sweating through the motions. It’s not about how deep you go into a pose, but how well you control the movement to prevent strain, which is exactly the approach I used to rebuild my own strength after surgery.
My group sessions at Cult HSR and Koramangala are my happy place. It’s where we turn the struggle into learning. Whether you are dealing with a lingering injury or just looking for a solid foundation in strength and mobility, we break every movement down.
Why my approach is different:
- Safe Alignment: I focus on posture correction and muscle engagement to ensure your joints are protected.
- Mind-Body Connection: It is not just about physical gains; we breathe through the discomfort, keeping a check on 'good pain' versus injury signals.

Everything is temporary—the frustration, the slow progress, and even the pain. We follow the 'Jaane do' (let it go) philosophy here. You can’t control everything, but you can control how you show up. We focus on what you can do, celebrating the small wins, and moving forward with gratitude.
