I've been there. After my own ACL and meniscus surgery, I learned what it truly takes to rebuild strength safely. This is a look into my personal process of moving from crawling and crying to climbing and thriving.

My Fitness Philosophy: Jaane Do

I believe recovery is a mental and spiritual journey as much as a physical one. It's about patience, accepting impermanence, and celebrating small wins. Sometimes the most important thing is to just let go, or "Jaane do".
