Mysore & Ashtanga Practice
This is the foundation of my personal practice and teaching. In Mysore style Ashtanga, you move at your own pace through a set sequence, while I provide hands-on guidance for breath, bandhas, and drishti. This cluster shows the discipline, devotion, and deep inner focus that this traditional path cultivates, whether practiced alone or with a partner.
Vinyasa & Flow Yoga
This is where breath leads movement. My Vinyasa and Flow classes are about allowing the body and mind to melt onto the mat, moving with intention and grace. This collection showcases different flows, from dynamic and powerful sequences to gentle, intuitive movements that come from the heart.
Aerial Yoga: Find Your Wings
Using a silk hammock, aerial yoga makes challenging poses feel playful and helps decompress the spine. It is a beautiful way to build strength, increase flexibility, and find a sense of weightless freedom. In my classes, we use the hammock as a tool to explore movement, open the heart, and float into stillness.
Yoga for Women's Wellness
I share practices that have supported me through every stage of womanhood. This cluster is dedicated to pre and post-natal care, hormonal balance, and menstrual health. I offer gentle, modified practices to support the pelvic floor, ease back tension, and promote overall well-being, drawing from my own personal journey.
The Art of Alignment & Using Props
My philosophy is *Sthira Sukham Āsanam*, meaning every pose should be steady and comfortable. Props like blocks, wheels, and bands are not cheats; they are valuable tools to help you understand your body and build a strong, safe foundation. This collection shows how I teach alignment and use props to make yoga accessible and effective for everyone.

For me, yoga goes far beyond physical poses. It is a path to connect with your soul through chanting, meditation, breathwork, and ancient rituals. Outdoor & Nature Flows
*Prakritir kolat xanti pao mone mone* (I find peace in nature's lap). There is a special magic in practicing under the open sky, connecting with the energy of the sun, moon, and earth.
