Let your breath guide your body. Discover a practice where strength meets serenity, moving with intention through every Vinyasa and Flow sequence.

Sometimes the body moves on its own, with no plan or guidance, just pure flow. This is a moment of intuitive movement, where I let my breath guide me in a practice that feels right for my body.

I recently discovered Yin & Yang flow, a beautiful balance between effort and stillness. It helps me feel calm and balanced, bringing a new sense of awareness to my practice that complements my dynamic Ashtanga roots.

Join me for a slow and gentle Vinyasa flow. This practice is perfect for anyone looking to connect with their breath, move mindfully, and find a sense of peace and openness in their body.

Yoga flow means allowing the body and mind to melt on the yoga mat. It comes from the heart when you fully surrender, letting go of everything without holding back.

Whenever you practice, salute the highest energy you believe in and allow yourself to dissolve into it. Let yourself melt into this energy, becoming an embodiment of peace.

This is a powerful and dynamic flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. I focus on breath-synchronized movement and creative transitions to challenge the body and sharpen the mind.

Movement is a form of medicine. It heals the body, mind, and spirit. Here, I allow myself to melt and burn through movement, surrendering within myself to discover who I truly am.

Vinyasa means "to place in a special way." It is the sequential connection between asanas, fostering self-discovery and awareness by locking in transitions and creating a transformative flow.

Find peace within you. Dive deep into understanding how linking breath with body movements connects you to the life cycle. I invite you to practice this yoga flow and discover your own breath awareness.

Go slowly but maintain a strong flow. Good angles and positions lead to a mindful asana practice and help keep the mind in an optimal state. This studio is where I have grown so much.

About Vinyasa & Flow Yoga

In my Vinyasa and Flow classes, we do not rush. I emphasize the Ujjayi breath as our primary anchor, which helps settle the mind when the movement becomes dynamic. I often use props like blocks to help you find your personal version of stability, so whether you are working on spinal mobility or just looking to decompress, we move at a pace that honors your body's current state rather than forcing a pose.
