Yoga is a journey of connection—with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Here are glimpses of the training programs I lead, the workshops I facilitate, and the communities we have built together.

A few beautiful memories from Cape Town. Some moments are not big, but when I look back, they make my heart feel special, warm, and full of little stories.

Exploring the streets of Cape Town, I found this wonderful studio. Travel always brings new perspectives and reminds me of the universal language of yoga.

I was honored to be a facilitator at the Namaste Yoga Festival in Dubai. It was a beautiful opportunity to immerse ourselves in practice and harmonize the body, mind, and soul with a wonderful community.

Congratulations to my student on completing her Aerial Yoga teacher training program. It is a joy to guide others on their path to becoming teachers.

I am so proud of my young yoga students who won Gold Medals at the National level CBSE U14 championships. Their dedication and success are truly inspiring.

Another wonderful student has completed the Sound Healing Therapy program. Sharing these ancient healing arts is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

It brings me great joy to see another student successfully complete the Aerial Yoga teacher training program. I am excited to see them share their new skills with others.

Happy 78th Independence Day. This acro yoga pose is a celebration of freedom, balance, and the strength that comes from unity and trust.

Another view of our Independence Day acro yoga practice. It is a symbol of lifting each other up and finding harmony together.

We can truly understand life when we begin to walk alone, away from the crowd. In solitude's sanctuary, I have truly grown, discovering joy in each moment.

About Teaching, Travel & Community

My approach to teaching and community building is rooted in the tradition of Mysore Ashtanga, where we prioritize individual growth over standardization. Whether you are looking to deepen your personal practice through a 200-hour Teacher Training or seeking a retreat to reconnect with your breath, I guide small, dedicated groups where the focus remains on safe alignment and inner discovery rather than just the intensity of the pose.
