Outdoor and Group Yoga Sessions
Moving our practice from the studio to the open air brings a different kind of energy. Whether it is a morning session by the pool or a team workout on the turf, we use nature to help you connect, breathe, and find your flow.

About Outdoor & Group Sessions
When we step out of the studio, the goal isn't just to do yoga in a new spot; it is to use the environment to clear the mind. We adapt our sequences for surfaces like turf or poolside tiles, ensuring you get the same structural benefits of a studio class without needing a perfect floor. If you have been feeling stuck in a rut, the group energy here is often the spark you need to get moving again.
Why Outdoor and Group Practice Matters
Yoga is often seen as a solitary pursuit, but there is a unique strength in moving as a group. When I conduct sessions at venues like Phoenix Marketcity or outdoor turfs in Kurla, the collective energy keeps everyone motivated.
What You Can Expect
- Adaptable Sequences: Whether we are practicing on grass, turf, or by a pool, I tailor the asanas to be safe and effective for the setting. You do not need fancy equipment—just a mat and a willingness to show up.
- Connection and Community: Outdoor sessions remove the four walls of a studio. This is particularly powerful for team-building events or community meetups. It is about building sukh shanti (peace and happiness) together.
- Proven Results: From desk-bound professionals finding relief for stiff backs to large groups completing challenges like the 151 Surya Namaskar, the results speak for themselves.
Planning Your Session
I travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, including BKC, Chembur, and Kurla, for both corporate workshops and private group gatherings.
Common Questions:
- Do I need to be flexible? Not at all. I work with everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned yogis.
- Is it suitable for large groups? Yes, I am comfortable leading groups from 10 to over 200 participants, with audio and sequence planning handled by my team.
- What if it rains or gets too hot? We always have a backup plan for venue logistics, ensuring your wellness schedule stays on track regardless of the weather.
