About My Journey to Motherhood at 42

My pregnancy wasn't just physical. It was about learning to use props like bolsters, chairs, and wall ropes to support my changing body, not straining against it. I teach my students exactly this: how to adapt their practice so it supports them, whether they are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or recovering postpartum.
