I guide women through fertility challenges using gentle, alignment-based yoga to reduce stress and naturally support your body's reproductive health.

Low AMH? Don't lose hope. I conceived naturally at 42 despite a low AMH diagnosis. This carousel explains that AMH is just one piece of the puzzle and that you can support your fertility through nutrition, mindset, and yoga.

What is AMH? This slide explains that the Anti-Müllerian Hormone is an indicator of a woman's ovarian reserve, or the quantity of remaining eggs.

What does a low AMH mean? It means that as long as your body is producing eggs, pregnancy is possible. You just need to improve the chances of fertilization.

A follicular study, which uses ultrasound to track the development of ovarian follicles, can give you a clearer picture of your reproductive health and ovulation timing.

Improving your nutrition is key. A balanced diet rich in whole foods, lean proteins, healthy fats, and fiber supports fertility.

I speak from personal experience when I say that practicing yoga reduces stress, enhances blood flow to reproductive organs, and promotes hormonal balance, all of which support fertility.

For couples facing unexplained infertility, yoga can be a powerful tool. Unlike intense exercise that can raise stress hormones, a well-designed yoga routine works at the glandular level to balance hormones and relax the body, enhancing fertility.

About this collection

Many women come to me with concerns about AMH levels or PCOS, worrying that their body is not performing as expected. In my classes, we move away from high-intensity cardio that spikes cortisol—the primary enemy of fertility—and instead focus on restorative asanas that improve blood flow to the reproductive organs. Whether you are managing PCOS or preparing for conception, we use props like bolsters and chairs to hold poses longer, allowing your nervous system to switch from a state of stress to one of balance and receptivity.

When doctors talk about fertility, they often focus on medical markers. While those matter, I believe your daily environment—physical, mental, and hormonal—matters just as much. My approach is not about forcing conception, but about creating an internal landscape where your body feels safe enough to conceive.

Why Yoga for Fertility?

Excessive exercise can raise cortisol, which may inhibit fertility. My sequences do the opposite: they lower stress hormones and encourage better circulation in the pelvic region. We target endocrine health directly, using postures that aid glandular function.

Common Questions I Address

  • Can I conceive with low AMH? I am proof that you can. Low AMH is just one variable. We focus on lifestyle changes—nutrition, sleep, and consistent, gentle movement—that help your body optimize egg quality and ovulation timing.
  • Does this help with PCOS? Yes. Consistent practice helps manage insulin resistance and reduces testosterone, which are the primary drivers of PCOS symptoms. My students frequently report needing less medication once they build a regular, disciplined practice.
  • What if I have back pain? We use props. Whether it is blocks, belts, or chairs, these allow you to hold restorative poses that open the hips and release tension in the lower back without straining your muscles.

I offer both 1-on-1 therapeutic coaching for specific conditions like IVF support or Diastasis Recti, and small group sessions that foster community. My goal is to support your journey—whether you are just starting or have been trying for a while—with empathy and clinical precision.
