My Story
There’s this old photo of me—before yoga, before 'Beyond Asanas', before I really knew myself. I lost weight, wrote my book, and built my yoga life from scratch. Motherhood changed me, didn’t erase me. Nights out with friends remind me I’m still me, just deeper. My yoga shifted too—no going back, just moving forward.
