Sound Healing Sessions for Deep Relaxation in Delhi
Life feels heavy sometimes, and that is okay. My sound healing sessions are a safe space to press pause, let the noise fade, and reconnect with yourself through deep vibrational work.
This is me in my element. As a certified sound healing practitioner, I use these beautiful Tibetan singing bowls to create a space for you to relax and reconnect with yourself. This isn't about fixing anything; it's about coming home to who you are.
I believe the most important glow up is the one that happens on the inside. This video is a little piece of my heart, sharing my own journey of learning to choose myself. Remember, you are not broken, you are becoming.
Here I am with my certification from the Himalayan Academy of Sound, surrounded by the tools of my practice. You can see the Tibetan bowls, mallets, and the large gong that all work together to create deep, healing vibrations for emotional release.
Imagine a space like this: dimly lit, warm, and filled with the soft glow of candles. This is the kind of calm and safe atmosphere I create for every sound bath session, a place where you can truly let go of stress and anxiety.
This is the energy I hope you leave a session with. True happiness for me came when I stopped settling for less than I deserved. My goal is to help you find that same strength and clarity within yourself.
Life is a journey of coming back to yourself, and it's the most beautiful one you'll ever take. This is a reminder that every step, even the small ones, is part of your unique path to inner peace.
About Featured
When you walk into the studio, you will see it’s not a clinical or overly formal space. It’s warm, dimly lit, and safe. We use a combination of seven Himalayan singing bowls and a large wind gong. My approach focuses on active listening—I take 15 to 20 minutes before we even start the bath to chat about what is weighing on you, so the session feels personal rather than like a standard, one-size-fits-all script.
The core of my practice is simple: giving your nervous system a chance to downshift. Whether you are dealing with burnout, anxiety, or just the constant hum of life, these vibrations help move you out of 'fight or flight' mode.
How the Session Works
- The Setup: I use brass Himalayan singing bowls and a 20-inch wind gong. The sound waves do not just hit your ears; you feel them in your chest and body.
- The Process: We start with an emotional check-in. It is not just about lying there; it is about acknowledging what you are feeling. If you are a first-timer, do not worry about 'doing it right.' You literally just have to show up, lie down, and listen.
Why I Do This
I did not come to this from a place of perfect zen. My training at the Himalayan Academy of Sound gave me the techniques, but my own messy, beautiful journey is why I hold this space. I wanted a place where 'being okay' is not a requirement to enter.
Practical Stuff
I offer small group sound baths for a communal release (45-60 mins) and private 1-on-1 sessions (75-90 mins) if you need a deeper, more targeted release with chakra balancing and aromatherapy. Bring a willingness to be quiet, and I will handle the rest.
