This is my most popular workshop, focusing on safely increasing your range of motion. We work on unlocking tight hips, releasing tension in the spine, and improving flexibility in your legs with detailed guidance and alignment cues. You’ll learn how to approach deep stretches like splits and forward bends with confidence.
Yoga for Back Health
If you deal with aches from a desk job or general stiffness, this is for you. These sessions focus on targeted, gentle movements to relieve back pain, strengthen your core, and improve your posture. We use specific asanas and flows designed to create a strong, supple, and pain-free back.
Pranayama & Breathwork for Stress Relief
When your mind is racing, the simplest tool you have is your breath. In these workshops, I teach authentic pranayama techniques to manage stress, improve sleep, and clear your head. You will learn practical breathwork exercises that you can use anytime, anywhere to find a sense of calm.
Making Yoga Accessible: Using Props
I believe yoga is for every body, and props like blocks, belts, and mats are tools to help you get there. They help with alignment, provide support, and allow you to access poses that might otherwise feel out of reach. This section shows how we use them in my workshops to practice smarter, not harder.
Yoga in a Saree: Embracing Tradition
This series was a special collaboration to show that yoga can be practiced anywhere, in any attire that allows you to move freely. For me, practicing in a saree is a beautiful way to connect with my cultural roots while embracing the flow and comfort of the practice.
