Aerial Yoga Classes in JP Nagar
Experience the magic of flight with aerial yoga. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions in JP Nagar make movement fun, supportive, and accessible for everyone.
Have you ever wanted to fly? My aerial yoga classes mix the magic of flight with the peace of yoga. You don't need any experience or flexibility to start. The whole point is to build strength and balance together in a playful, supportive way.
It's amazing how something as simple as hanging in the hammock can do so much. This simple move helps decompress your spine and build core strength, leaving you feeling lighter both physically and mentally. It’s not just fun, it’s functional fitness.
Nothing beats the energy of a full class! Here I am with my amazing students, celebrating movement and having a great time. We support each other, laugh a lot, and leave feeling stronger and happier.
My kids' aerial yoga batches are all about playful exploration. It's a space for them to swing, stretch, giggle, and build confidence. Look at these happy faces and strong poses.
We are stronger together! This is what our community is all about: celebrating our progress, flexing our new muscles, and having a blast while getting fit. Join our weekend wellness sessions in JP Nagar.
I'm always a student first, and I love sharing what I learn. This video shows a few moments from my aerial yoga teacher training, from practicing partner poses to receiving my certification. My goal is to always bring you safe, effective, and fun classes.
To give you the best experience, I believe in having strong foundations. I am an internationally certified advanced Hatha and Aerial Yoga teacher (RYT-200, RYT-300), and I'm passionate about helping you on your wellness journey.
About this collection
I keep my group sessions intimate, with a maximum of seven students per class. This allows me to personally guide you through each inversion and flow, ensuring you get the right support whether you are a first-timer or looking to master a new pose.
Aerial yoga is not just for the super flexible. I often have students come in worried they aren't fit enough, but that is exactly what the hammock is for. It acts as a prop, supporting your body weight so you can safely try inversions that might feel impossible on a standard mat. We focus on spinal decompression, core stability, and just a lot of laughter. It is functional fitness that does not feel like a typical gym workout.
My classes at Amrutha Bindu Yoga in JP Nagar are perfect if you are looking to break up a sedentary work week or simply want a new way to move. I am an internationally certified teacher, so we prioritize safety, alignment, and proper technique before we get to the fun flips and tricks.
What to expect from my sessions:
- Beginner-friendly pace: No prior experience is needed. We start slow.
- Spinal decompression: Hanging upside down is a game-changer for back tension.
- Small group attention: With only seven people, you are never just a face in the crowd.
- Progressive learning: We build strength and flexibility over time.
If you are looking for more personal attention, I also offer private one-on-one sessions. These are great if you are recovering from an injury or want to work on specific advanced acrobatic skills at your own pace. Drop me a message if you want to know about our upcoming weekend batches.
