One of the first things you'll learn is how to just hang and relax in the hammock. This simple act helps to decompress the spine and engage your core, offering both physical relief and a moment of mental calm.

About What to Expect in a Class

You don't need to be naturally flexible to start aerial yoga; that is exactly what the hammock helps you build over time. Each 60-minute session is capped at 7 students, which means I have plenty of space to help you with your form and ensure you feel safe, especially when trying your first inversion.
