Move past pain and stiffness with therapeutic yoga designed for your unique health needs. I break down every movement so you can practice safely from home.

**Relieve Gas with Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose):** Gastric discomfort is common, and this pose can offer relief. I show you how to practice Pavanamuktasana correctly to massage the abdominal organs and help release trapped gas.

**Marjaryasana (Cat Pose) for Back Pain Relief:** If you have a stiff or sore back, this is a must-try pose. I explain how to perform the Cat Pose to gently stretch and mobilize the spine, making it an excellent preparatory pose for any back-bending sequence.

**Simple Stretch for Stiff Shoulders:** Many of us hold tension in our shoulders from daily activities. In this video, I demonstrate a gentle "thread the needle" stretch to release stiffness and open up the shoulder area.

About Yoga for Health & Wellness

When I teach, I do not care about a perfect picture or fancy asanas. I care about your back pain, your stiffness, or your hormonal balance. We focus on 'nimma bennannu straight aagi itkolli' (keep your back straight) because proper alignment is what actually heals. In these health-focused sessions, we take it slow—using modifications like chairs or cushions if your body isn't ready for a full pose yet. It is about finding what works for you today, not pushing for a goal that does not fit your current health.

Why Therapeutic Yoga?

My approach, 'Yoga for Cure', is built on the belief that yoga should solve problems, not create new ones. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, back pain, or digestive trouble, the goal is to use movement as a tool for recovery. We move away from the idea that you need to be flexible to start; instead, we use yoga as a remedy for the stiffness you have right now.

How We Work

  • Safety First: We avoid high-risk postures. If you have a specific injury or a condition like high BP, I explain exactly what to avoid and which modifications to use instead.
  • Targeted Asanas: We practice specific sequences like Marjaryasana (Cat Pose) to mobilize a stiff spine or Pavanamuktasana to aid digestion. These aren't just poses; they are functional movements designed to support your body's natural healing.
  • Real-Time Corrections: In my live Zoom classes, I watch your form and provide verbal corrections. If your posture is off, you will know immediately, so you build safe habits from day one.

Can Beginners Join?

Absolutely. In fact, these sessions are designed for those who have never touched their toes or feel intimidated by complex yoga classes. If you are stiff or have limited mobility, we adapt the poses using household items like cushions or the wall. You will not feel out of place here; we focus on progress, not perfection.
