A great instructor knows how to adapt and correct. This clip shows one of my trainers providing personalized, hands-on adjustments to a client on the Reformer, ensuring proper form and muscle activation.
About Advanced Workshops & Equipment Training
You won't just watch videos or memorize charts here. From the first day in my Bandra studio, you are on the floor learning how to spot a client’s compensation patterns and providing the tactile corrections that make a session effective. You will practice your cueing on real bodies, not mannequins, so you know exactly how to guide someone through an intermediate reformer sequence without second-guessing your instructions.
Pilates is a language. To speak it fluently, you have to understand the grammar. That starts with anatomy. Whether you are aiming for our Mat Pilates teacher course or the full comprehensive studio program, we strip away the theory and focus on application. You will learn the mechanics of the spine, muscle origin and insertion points, and why a specific cue works on one person but fails on another.
In my studio, you get hands-on access to the full range of equipment: Reformers, Wunda Chairs, Trapeze Tables, and Barrels. We teach you how to manage spring loads, how to safely adjust footbars for different body types, and how to program flows that challenge advanced athletes while remaining accessible to seniors or clients in rehab. The final part of your training is the assessment—real-time teaching. You will lead sessions, manage group dynamics, and prove you can handle the responsibility of a trainer. Graduation isn't just about the certificate; it’s about having the technical vocabulary to adapt to any body that walks through your door.
