These are not your typical commercial gyms where you spend half the time waiting for a machine. I train at Aurum in Indiranagar and Glit in Koramangala specifically because they offer the focus I need for my clients. You get full access to professional-grade equipment, plenty of floor space for complex movements, and a clean, quiet environment where we can actually get work done.
