From Concept to Construction

We believe great architecture begins with a simple sketch. Here is how we guide your space from initial brainstorming to the reality on site.

A glimpse of life in our studio, with a gallery wall displaying photographs of our diverse projects. This wall serves as a constant source of inspiration and a testament to the architectural stories we have created.

An early concept sketch exploring ideas for an outdoor gathering space with a fire pit and integrated seating. Our process always begins with quick, expressive sketches like this to capture the essence of a design.

A conceptual sketch for "Villa 38," exploring the relationship between solid and void with a projecting red volume. This drawing is a crucial first step in defining the architectural massing and character of a project.

A sketch illustrating the view from a master bedroom foyer, focusing on creating a panoramic window that frames the garden outside. This shows our process of designing spaces from the perspective of the person who will inhabit them.

A colored sectional sketch used for mind-churning, analyzing how sunlight enters a space with double-height glazing. This type of drawing helps us strategize the use of natural light and its interaction with the building's form.

A work-in-progress shot from a site in Ludhiana, showing the raw concrete structure with its distinctive curved slab edges. This image captures the beauty of the building's form even during the early stages of construction.

The facade of the Ludhiana project under construction, revealing the combination of curved concrete balconies and exposed brick infill walls. This shows our signature material palette taking shape on site.

About this collection

We don't just hand over a set of drawings and walk away. Because our process covers everything from volumetric massing models and MEP grids to scheduled site visits at foundation, lintel, and slab casting milestones, we stay involved until the last brick is laid. This hands-on loop ensures the sunlight analysis and material textures we sketched on paper are exactly what you walk into at the end.

Our architectural design process is built on a simple premise: your home should be as functional as it is beautiful. We start by analyzing the site context, specifically mapping the sun path and wind direction to ensure your home stays naturally cool and bright.

The Design Journey

  1. Concept & Sketching: It all starts with a pencil. We use expressive sketches to explore the relationship between solid and void, helping you visualize the project before we touch a computer. This is where we define the core character of your space, whether it is a family villa or a commercial office.

  2. The Technical Deep Dive: Once the concept is set, we move to 2D layouts and 3D exterior renders. We don't just design facades; we coordinate structural grids, civil working drawings, and MEP layouts (electrical and plumbing). This phase is critical—it ensures that the dramatic cantilevers or curved slabs we propose are structurally sound and feasible for your contractors to build.

  3. On-Site Execution: Architecture is not complete on paper. We are firm believers in site supervision. Our team visits at key construction milestones to ensure the material choices, such as exposed brick or raw concrete, are handled with care. If you are building on a challenging slope, we integrate landscape planning and contour management to ensure the structure sits naturally within the terrain rather than fighting against it.

By keeping the design team and the execution support under one roof, we eliminate the gap between the vision and the reality.
