We believe a home should breathe. From compact urban plots to sprawling villas, our designs prioritize natural light, honest materials like brick and stone, and a seamless connection to your surroundings.

A dramatic black and white evening view of our "House of Frames" project, emphasizing its strong geometric volumes and the interplay of light. The design uses large openings and a perforated screen to create layers of transparency and privacy.

Another perspective of the "House of Frames" villa, showcasing how the structure commands its site. The design thoughtfully integrates landscaping and exterior lighting to create a welcoming yet impressive modern home.

A video tour offering glimpses into the "House of Frames," highlighting the double-height living spaces, statement chandelier lighting, and the seamless flow between different areas. This showcases the opulent and light-filled interior experience.

The exterior of a completed modern villa, showcasing a dynamic composition of different materials and forms. The design balances solid masses with open balconies and slatted screens to create a resort-like feel in a city environment.

A view from inside the villa, where a large window perfectly frames the lush green garden. This highlights our design approach of creating a strong visual and physical connection between the interior living spaces and the natural landscape outside.

About this collection

Take the circular window facade we designed in Dwarka, for instance. That was not just for visual impact, but a calculated move to frame the sky while ensuring privacy for the family in a dense neighborhood. Whether it is selecting the right brick texture or orienting a stairwell to catch the afternoon sun, our focus is on making the building perform for your daily life, not just look good for the camera.

Architecture for us is a process of balancing constraints with creativity. Whether you are building on a tight city lot in New Delhi or a challenging sloping site, our approach remains rooted in the honest expression of materials—brick, raw concrete, metal, and stone.

Our Design Process

Every project begins with sketches and site context analysis. We study sun paths and wind directions to optimize your home's thermal comfort naturally.

  • Concept & Planning: We develop volumetric models that incorporate courtyards and double-height voids to create a sense of scale and openness, even in urban settings.
  • Technical Precision: We provide full Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, including structural coordination, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) grids, and civil working plans. This ensures that the design you see in our renders is exactly what gets built on-site.
  • Execution Support: Design is only half the battle. We stay involved through site visits at critical milestones—foundation, lintel, and slab casting—to ensure the vision remains intact.

Bringing Light Inside

Our villas are defined by the light they catch. We specialize in fenestration design, crafting custom window profiles and skylights that animate your living spaces throughout the day. By utilizing natural light as a primary building material, we create interiors that feel expansive and serene. If you are looking for an architectural partner who values technical rigor as much as design aesthetics, let us have a conversation about your site.
