About this collection

Most people think Pilates is just floor work, but when you step onto the Wunda Chair or engage with the Cadillac, you realize it is a completely different game. These machines use spring tension to challenge your core stability and help you fix muscular imbalances that mat work alone sometimes misses. We use these tools to build genuine body awareness and strength, rather than just tiring you out.

While Mat Pilates is fantastic for foundational bodyweight control, integrating the Pilates Chair and Cadillac takes your training to another level. At our Anand Vihar studio, we cycle through these tools to ensure your workout remains progressive and effective.

The Gear We Use

  • The Wunda Chair: Don't let the name fool you. It is a compact piece of equipment designed to provide one of the most intense leg and core workouts imaginable. We use it to challenge your balance and coordination.
  • The Cadillac (Trapeze Table): This is where we work on deep spinal articulation and advanced core engagement. The overhead bars and springs allow for movements that simply cannot be replicated on a mat, helping you build real upper-body strength and flexibility.
  • Mat Pilates: This remains our bread and butter. Using your own body weight and props like magic circles and bands, we focus on precision and breath. It is the perfect place to start if you are new to the practice.

Why Equipment-Based Training?

Pilates is about the 'how' as much as the 'what'. By using springs, we provide external resistance that supports you where you are weak and challenges you where you are strong. This makes our sessions highly effective for injury rehabilitation, posture correction, and building long, lean muscle without the bulk.

Whether you are aiming for advanced athletic conditioning or just want to feel better in your daily life, these tools allow us to customize every session to your specific needs. You are not just a member in a class; you are part of a tribe that moves with intention.
