About this collection
We do not use industrial production lines. Every jar you see here is sun-dried, hand-mixed, and bottled in small batches right in our kitchen. Because we skip chemical preservatives, you might see a layer of natural mustard oil on top of our chutneys—that is a sign of our raw, traditional processing methods, not a flaw.
At Wekins, this 'Featured' collection is a curation of the flavours that have become staples in homes across Delhi and beyond. When we started, it was just a jar of Lal Bharwa Mirch Achar for a son living abroad. Today, that simple act of love has grown into a kitchen that feeds hundreds, yet our method remains unchanged.
