About this collection
Forget typical gym treadmills. Here, we build conditioning through 'Sapate' (Hindu push-ups), heavy bag drills, and agility circuits. You burn 700-900 calories per session, but more importantly, you develop the endurance required to actually finish a fight. Expect real sweat, zero AC, and a setup built for function, not looks.

The Vajra Approach

- The 'Akhada' Environment: Our setup in Sector 72 is raw. It is a high-ventilation basement with fans. It is designed to get you comfortable with being uncomfortable, exactly like it is in a real fight.
- Active Coaching: Every drill you see—from body shot endurance to agility hurdles—is led by coaches who still compete. We don't just tell you to do burpees; we show you why they matter for your takedown defense and striking power.
