Real-World Mixed Martial Arts and Self-Defense Training
This is how we train. Real skills, hard work, and a mindset that does not quit. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your fight craft, this is what I teach.
This is where technique is tested and proven. In the cage, it's not about how big you are, it's about how smart you fight.
I break down every move step-by-step. Here, we see how to use a collar tie to set up a double leg takedown, a fundamental wrestling skill for controlling a fight. Samajh me aaya?
If a fight goes to the ground, you need to know how to finish it. I teach practical jiu-jitsu submissions like this armbar from the guard position to give you control when you need it most.
Sparring is where we put it all together. It's not about winning or losing in the gym, it's about testing your striking, defense, and timing under pressure.
I won the fight the day I accepted it, when many others refused. This is the mindset I bring to my training: courage matters more than your record.
Your technique is useless if you're out of breath. We build functional strength with exercises like front squats and push presses because a real fight demands conditioning. Bahut hard, bahut hard.
The work is tough, but the results speak for themselves. This is what it looks like after a real training session, no drama, just honest effort.
About Featured
Expect a lot of conditioning because your technique is useless if you are gasping for air. We focus on fundamentals like collar ties, double leg takedowns, and guard recovery, drilling them until they become second nature. This is a non-AC, raw environment where we test everything through live sparring and pad work.
How We Build Fighters
I do not teach gym cardio. I teach fight craft. At Vajra MMA in Sector 72, we strip away the drama. Whether you are a total beginner or an amateur fighter, my approach is simple: technique first, power later.
- Stand-Up Game: We work on boxing fundamentals, clinch control, and managing distance. It is not about looking pretty; it is about head movement and knowing when to slip or counter.
- Grappling & Groundwork: Most street fights end up on the ground, so you need to know how to get back up or finish the fight. We drill sprawls to stop takedowns and Jiu-Jitsu submissions like armbars and chokes to control your opponent.
- The Mindset: You vs You is the only fight that matters. I push you through high-intensity conditioning because I want you to be ready when you are tired.
Training here is for people who want to show up even when they do not feel like it. We focus on consistency. If you are ready to work and want to learn real-world self-defense that actually works on the street, this is the place. Samajh me aaya?
