This isn't about lifting heavy just to look good. Every drill I teach, from Greco-Roman takedowns to technical sparring, is built for one thing: survival inside the cage. When you train with me, we start by fixing your basics, then move to pressure-testing that form so you know exactly how your body reacts when the adrenaline hits.
My training philosophy is simple: technique first, power later. You will see in the gallery how we break down complex moves like the double leg takedown or maintaining top control in a technical mount. It is never about brute force. It is about understanding hip placement, weight distribution, and turning your opponent's position against them.

I come from a place of having no support. I built my fighting style on what actually works when you are tired, hurt, and under pressure. Whether you are looking for basic self-defense or preparing for an amateur fight, we work on:
