About Striking & Combat Training
We do not train in climate-controlled studios with plush mats. Our striking program relies on tractor tires, heavy ropes, and consistent bag work in open-air environments. If you are looking for a sterile gym setting, this is not it. If you want to develop genuine power and conditioning that translates into real-world combat ability, our methodology focuses on repetitive, disciplined strikes and functional strength building.

The Hapur and Noida Training Protocol
