Forget memorizing robotic counts. Let's learn to listen to the instruments, find the groove, and actually connect on the dance floor. No experience needed.

Mambo Mania! Had a blast cooking up this fun choreography with the amazing Pratik Shinde. It's always great to collaborate and bounce ideas off of other talented dancers.

The boys are smashing this fun Mambo sequence. It was so much fun learning this choreography and even more fun teaching it to my students.

This is how I teach sometimes: making random music sounds and hoping my students get it. And you know what? They always do. Watch them nail this Mambo routine to the real music.

Son Squad! Grooving with my strong and beautiful squad to this beautiful Son track. These ladies push me to be a better dancer and teacher every day.

What I love about Salsa is its versatility. It can be fun, sexy, romantic, or just pure energy. It's a dance with a rich history, and I feel privileged to be a part of its story.

It was a Son-ny day. A little pun and a little dance by the pool. Son is such a joyful and elegant dance, perfect for a beautiful day.

Throwback to dancing with these two powerhouse girls. Dance connects us across all borders, and their energy and passion were absolutely contagious.

About this collection

Forget the rigid counting of 1, 2, 3 and 5, 6, 7. In my sessions, we actually listen to the instruments. When you learn to hear the bongo, the conga, and the clave, you stop worrying about looking polished for a video and start actually dancing. I break down complex rhythms into simple sounds like 'unka chaka,' so you can feel the pulse in your body instead of just your head. It makes the connection with your partner, and the music, completely real.

Why I Focus on Musicality

Many people get stuck in the loop of learning endless patterns without ever understanding the music. That leads to stiff dancing. Whether we are working on Salsa On1, On2, or the roots of Cuban Son, my focus remains on the 'why' and 'how' of the movement.

We don't just memorize steps here; we study the conversation between the leader and the follower. You will learn how to shift your weight, how to use your ribs and hips, and how to react to the energy of the track you are dancing to.

What We Cover in This Cluster

  • Cuban Son: This is the grandfather of Salsa. It is elegant, grounded, and essential for any dancer who wants to add depth to their movement.
  • Salsa On1 & On2: We explore the technical nuances of both timing systems, helping you build the confidence to jump into any social dance floor.
  • Mambo: This is where we bring the flair. It is energetic and stylish, focusing on footwork that lets you shine.
  • Social Dance Application: Everything we do is designed to work in a real social setting. I want you to walk away from my workshops knowing how to navigate a busy floor, protect your partner, and—most importantly—have fun while doing it.

Come as you are. Whether you have two left feet or you are looking to refine your technique, we will find your rhythm together. No judgment, just dance.
