Premium Balloon Ring Setup
Structure & Balloons
- Backdrop: Choice of 6ft Circular Ring or 8x8ft Rectangular frame draped in lycra or net fabric (White/Black/Pastel).
- Balloon Garland: Organic style arch using 300 to 350 Chrome, Metallic, and Pastel balloons covering approximately 60% of the frame.
- Lighting: Warm White LED curtain fairy lights installed behind the drapes for a glow effect.
Props & Display
- Cake Stands: Includes 1 or 2 cylindrical plinths (White, Gold, or Acrylic) for cake display.
- Signage: Standard neon text (e.g., Happy Birthday). High price range includes up to 3 Marquee letters or custom neon name.
Service Specs
- Manpower: Setup and breakdown by a team of 2 decorators.
- Duration: Rental covers the full event duration (typically 4 to 6 hours).

Entrance Setup
- Doorway: Main door frame fully covered with fresh Orange/Yellow Marigold garlands and Mango leaf Torans.
- Traditional Pillars: Two (2) full sized fresh Banana Stems placed flanking the entrance.
Puja Backdrop
- Dimensions: Covers up to 8ft x 8ft area.
- Floral Work: Fresh Marigold and Tuberose (Rajneegandha) strings arranged in checkerboard or vertical styles.
- Sourcing: Flowers are procured fresh from the market on the event morning.
Add ons
- Effects: Includes 2 Cold Pyro sparklers for the Aarti moment (High price range only).
- Waste: Team handles removal and disposal of organic waste post event.
Wedding Reception Stage Suite
Stage Configuration
- Dimensions: Covers 20ft to 30ft width suitable for banquet halls.
- Backdrop: Heavy satin or polyester draping with extensive artificial flower borders (Roses, Hydrangeas, Wisteria).
- Lighting: 4 to 6 LED PAR cans provided to color wash the backdrop.
Furniture & Flooring
- Seating: One (1) Gold or Silver carved couplet sofa with Rexine upholstery.
- Carpet: Red carpet coverage for the main stage floor.
Entrance & Walkway
- Welcome Gate: Box or Semi Round arch decorated with fabric and artificial floral bunches.
- Walkway: Red carpet path running from entrance to stage (up to 20ft).
- Signage: Standard easel stand with a printed Welcome board.

How We Work
Our style is a mix of classic looks and some modern touches. We like using custom lighting for events - big light-up letters, fairy lights to set the mood. I design modern floral backdrops using simple drapes and light curtains, so photos come out great. For birthdays, balloon arches and garlands are our thing. If it's a festival, we add a little extra - sparklers or special effects, just to get that festive vibe.
What To Expect
We do our best to match your color theme and work with what fits your space. Sometimes, if the place is very small, we keep the decor simple. For outdoor venues, more lights and bigger backdrops work well. If you want something Bangalore themed or have other ideas, just let us know - we try to make it happen.
Planning in advance helps, but if you call last minute, we'll still give it our best shot. Just remember - more time means more options.
