Standard Ring & Neon Setup
Backdrop & Lighting
- Choice of 6ft circular metal ring OR 8x8ft rectangular drape (sheer fabric/net).
- Neon Signage: One standard acrylic sign (Choice of "Happy Birthday", "Happy Anniversary", or "Oh Baby").
- Lights: Fairy lights integrated into drapes or wrapped around the ring structure.
Balloon Decor
- Count: Approx. 200 to 250 balloons.
- Style: Semi-organic garland covering 50% of the ring or an L-shaped border on the drape.
- Type: Mix of Metallic/Chrome (high shine) and standard pastel latex balloons.
- Colors: Client choice of 2 to 3 color combinations.
Props & Accessories
- Stands: 3 cylindrical metal plinths or cake stands for display.
- Decor: 1 to 2 elements like small golden birdcages, small marquee light, or artificial flower vases.
- Flooring: Standard green mat or rug for the base.
Logistics
- Staff: Setup and dismantling by a team of 1 to 2 decorators.
- Transport: Included for Electronic City and Hebbagodi areas (upto 5km radius).
- Duration: 3 to 4 hours of rental duration.
Premium Themed Flex Decor
Custom Backdrop
- Size: Large 8ft x 8ft tension fabric or flex banner mounted on a wooden frame.
- Design: Fully custom print with Name, Photo, and Theme Graphics (e.g., Jungle, Space, Unicorn).
- Base: Artificial green grass carpet (8ft x 4ft) and small white wooden picket fences.
Balloon Decor
- Arch: Large, dense organic balloon arch bordering the top and sides.
- Volume: Approx. 400 to 500 balloons.
- Specialty: Includes theme-specific foil balloons (stars, animals, clouds).
Premium Props
- Marquee Light: One LED Marquee Number OR up to 5 Marquee Letters.
- Cutouts: 3 to 4 large foam-board cutouts (3ft to 4ft height) of characters or objects.
- Plinths: 3 cylindrical display plinths wrapped in theme-matching prints.
Signage & Lighting
- Entrance: One wooden easel stand with a custom-printed 2ft x 3ft welcome poster.
- Lighting: 2 PAR LED lights to illuminate the backdrop.
Traditional Green Wall & Sofa Setup
Ethnic Backdrop
- Green Wall: 8ft x 8ft artificial boxwood/grass panel backdrop.
- Florals: Decoration with long strings of artificial marigolds (yellow/orange) and floral tassels.
- Centerpiece: Round foam board cutout with traditional graphics or text.
Furniture & Staging
- Seating: Premium 2-seater "Royal" sofa (White leatherette with Gold frame).
- Option: Sofa can be swapped for a decorated wooden cradle for Naming Ceremonies.
- Side Decor: Two tall floral vases with artificial bouquets placed on either side.
- Flooring: Red or Green carpet for the stage area.
Balloon & Lighting
- Arch: Color-coordinated balloon arch (approx. 300 balloons) framing the setup.
- Lights: Focus lights on the green wall or serial lights behind sheer curtains.

- Board: Custom welcome board on a wooden easel stand with traditional floral print design.
About Event Decoration
What I Do
I’m Vinay, and I decorate events to make them look special. I work mostly in Electronic City, and I handle everything from birthdays to baby showers, anniversaries, and even small shop openings. My style is simple - I want your party to look great, and I let my photos do the talking.

- Birthdays (kids’ milestones are my jam - 1st, 2nd, 5th)
- Baby showers, gender reveals (modern or traditional)

- Naming ceremonies, Chhathi Puja, and other family functions

Themes I Love
I’m big on themes. If you have an idea, I’ll try to make it happen. Some regulars:

My Signature Touch
I use custom party backdrops, light-up marquee signs, neon sign event decor, and full balloon arches. Sometimes I go for fabric drapes with fairy lights, or printed flex backdrops with your photos. I set up everything at your place - home, apartment, or hall.

Hey, Vinay here. Most folks know me from VK Creative Events. I’m that guy in Hebbagodi, Electronic City, who loves making birthdays, baby showers, all those family get-togethers look special. Nothing too fancy about me - I just like seeing people smile when they walk into a well-decorated room. That’s what keeps me going, honestly.
