- Foil Elements: 1 set of "Happy Birthday" or similar text (16 inch) plus 2 to 3 standard shape foils like hearts or stars.
Execution
- Styling: Long curling ribbons hanging from ceiling balloons.
- Duration: Quick installation taking approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
- Disposal: Client manages disposal after the event (no vendor retrieval).
