Entertainment Package: Magic, Tattoos & Balloons
Performance Details
- Interactive Magic Show: 40-45 minute performance suited for ages 3-10. Features visual illusions and high-engagement acts like disappearing objects.
- Balloon Modelling: Live creation of balloon sculptures (dogs, swords, flowers) with unlimited balloons for 60-90 minutes.
- Tattoo Art: Dedicated artist using skin-safe acrylic paints and kid-friendly stencils (superheroes, cartoons, butterflies).
Logistics
- Staff: 2 Artists included (1 Magician and 1 Artist for Tattoos/Balloons).
- Total Duration: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Capacity: Designed for gatherings of 30-40 children.
Event Host & Game Organizer
Hosting Duties
- Master of Ceremonies: Professional anchor (Male or Female) to make announcements and manage crowd energy.
- Game Management: Organization of 3-4 age-appropriate games (Musical chairs, Simon says, etc.). Includes necessary props like cups, balls, and ribbons.
- Ceremony: Coordination of the cake-cutting moment and gathering guests for the birthday song.
Requirements
- Language: Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi).
- Duration: Up to 3 hours of continuous presence.
- Note: Prizes for game winners are not included and must be provided by the client.
Costumed Character Appearance
Character Options (Select One)
- Plush Mascots: Full-body suits with oversized heads. Options: Jerry, Minnie Mouse, Unicorn.
- Superheroes: Fabric-based costumes (Cosplay style, not molded armor). Human features may be visible through masks. Options: Spider-Man, Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America.
Activity Scope
- Role: Enters for cake cutting, dances to music, interacts with kids, and poses for photos.
- Duration: Strictly 45 minutes due to costume heat constraints.
Live Stalls or Cold Pyro Effects
Option A: Food Stalls
- Popcorn: Machine with operator, paper cones, and ingredients for 100 servings. Duration: 3 hours.
- Cotton Candy: Machine with operator, sticks, and pink sugar for 100 servings. Duration: 3 hours.
Option B: Special Effects
- Cold Pyro Set: 6 Electronic Cold Sparkler units used for entry or cake cutting. Duration: 30-45 seconds. Safe for indoor use.

- Power: Access to a standard power point required at the venue location.
Professional Event Photography
Coverage Scope
- Photographer: One professional with HD DSLR/Mirrorless camera and external flash.
- Shots: Decor details, candid guest moments, games, cake cutting, and posed family portraits.
- Duration: Up to 4 hours continuous coverage.
Deliverables
- Output: 150-200 high-resolution images.
- Editing: Basic color correction and lighting adjustments included.
- Delivery: Soft copies via digital link (Google Drive/WeTransfer) within 3-5 working days.

- Magician shows that make both kids and grown-ups go "wah, kya baat hai!" (wow, amazing!)

Meet the Mascots
Kids get super excited when their favourite cartoon character walks in. I can bring in Spider-Man, Minnie Mouse, Jerry (Tom & Jerry), or even a unicorn mascot for photos and laughs.
Special Touches
Want that filmy (movie-style) entry for cake-cutting? I set up cold fire sparklers - looks dramatic but safe. And yes, I can sort out fun food stalls like popcorn and cotton candy - always a hit with everyone.
