Core Coverage
- Crew & Duration: 1 Professional Photographer for up to 4 hours of continuous coverage.
- Scope: Captures entry shots, main rituals (like naming or cake cutting), traditional stage group photos, and basic venue decor.
Deliverables
- Quantity: Unlimited captures with approximately 150 to 200 processed images delivered.
- Editing: Basic color correction (exposure and white balance) only. No skin retouching or background manipulation.
- Timeline: Digital download link provided within 5 to 7 days.

- Gear: Full frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with on camera flash.
- Lighting: Standard bounce flash technique used for indoor lighting.
Dual-Style Engagement & Reception
Core Coverage
- Crew: 2 Photographers (1 Traditional + 1 Candid) for up to 6 hours.
- Traditional Scope: Dedicated focus on the stage to ensure every guest group is photographed with the couple.
- Candid Scope: Roaming photographer capturing makeup shots, jewelry details, guest interactions, and emotional moments.
- Portrait Session: Dedicated 20 to 30 minute mini shoot for the couple using venue aesthetics.

- Photos: 300 to 400 color corrected images plus 30 signature edited highlight shots (includes skin smoothing).
- Video Teaser: Includes 1 short Reel (30 to 60 seconds) suitable for social media.

Core Coverage
- Crew: 3 Person Team (1 Traditional Photographer, 1 Candid Photographer, 1 Traditional Videographer).
- Duration: Full day coverage (approx. 8 to 10 hours) covering rituals, reception, and dining hall.
- Video Scope: Continuous HD video recording of the entire event sequence on tripods.
Physical & Digital Deliverables
- Photo Album: 1 Premium Photobook (Karizma or Canvera style). Includes design and print of approx. 60 pages (30 sheets) on synthetic non tear paper.
- Traditional Video: Edited full length film (60 to 90 minutes) in 1080p HD with title animation and background music mixing.
- Digital Photos: Unlimited soft copies delivered on an external drive.

Whether it’s a loud sangeet or a quiet housewarming, I aim for photos that reflect the vibe - not just posed faces. Even if your party goes late or has tricky lighting, I’ll manage to get those lively shots.
