Standard Wall Backdrop & Balloon Arch
Backdrop & Structure
- Foil Curtain: Coverage of approx. 6ft x 7ft area using metallic fringe curtains (Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, or Black).
- Signage: 16-inch foil letter balloons spelling standard greetings or a cursive card-stock banner.
- Age Numbers: Up to 2 large (30-32 inch) foil number balloons.
Balloon Arrangements
- Garland: L-shaped or inverted U-shaped organic balloon garland framing the backdrop.
- Quantity: Approx. 150-200 standard latex balloons (Metallic or Pastel).
- Placement: Includes 15-20 floor scatter balloons and 10-15 ceiling danglers with ribbons.
Lighting & Extras
- Lights: 2-3 strings of warm white LED series lights.
- Props: 1-2 standard foil shapes (Star, Heart, or Crown).
- Service: 2 decorators for 90-120 minutes setup. Includes local transport.
Premium Ring or Sequin Panel Setup
Structural Backdrop
- Frame: Choice of 6ft diameter circular metallic ring OR rectangular shimmer panel wall.
- Neon Sign: Rental of premium acrylic neon sign (Options: "Oh Baby", "Happy Birthday", "Better Together").
- Theme: Custom color arrangements available (e.g., split Pink/Blue for baby showers).
Premium Styling
- Design: Dense, organic-style balloon garland covering 60-70% of the frame.
- Balloons: Approx. 350-450 balloons including Chrome, Pastel, and Retro finishes.
- Accents: 4-5 large 4D foil orbs/cubes and 10-12 bunches of artificial florals.
Furniture & Logistics
- Display: 1-2 cylinder plinths or wireframe table for cake cutting.

Romantic Cabana & Candlelight Experience
Canopy Architecture
- Structure: 4-pillar cabana draped with 4-6 panels of sheer white net/georgette fabric.
- Size: Approx. 5ft x 5ft footprint (fits a mattress or small table).
- Lighting: Waterfall-style fairy lights on curtains and star-light string on top.
Floral & Ambient Detail
- Fresh Flowers: 500g to 1kg fresh rose petals for floor pathways or heart designs.
- Accents: Artificial floral runner on the top crossbar and 10-15 LED tea-light candles on the floor.
Balloon Additions
- Setup: 2-3 foil heart balloons and 40-50 loose latex balloons scattered or bunched.
- Service: Setup takes 2-2.5 hours. Client must provide their own mattress/seating.
Traditional Marigold Pathway & Welcome Decor
Floral Artistry
- Pathway: Designed floor rangoli pattern leading from entrance to living room.
- Material: Approx. 3-4 kg of fresh loose Marigold petals (Orange and Yellow).
- Decor: 6-8 real or LED diyas placed along the floral borders.
Entrance & Room Setup
- Doorway: Metallic fringe curtain and "WELCOME" banner at the entry.
- Balloons: 30-40 air-filled balloons attached to the ceiling and 2 balloon pillars at the entrance.
Service Specs
- Manpower: 2 decorators for approx. 2 hours.
- Note: Provider does not clean up flowers post-event; user is responsible for disposal.
