I started JusBaked because baking just makes me happy, and honestly, I love sharing that joy. Everything here is baked in small batches, always eggless, and I’m pretty fussy about skipping the artificial stuff. Most of my ideas come from what you ask for or from those flavours that just bring back old memories.
Fresh & Eggless, Always
- Everything is 100% eggless, from the teacakes to the cheesecakes.
- I keep the menu flexible, so if you have a dietary need, just ask - we’ve got some gluten free brownies and sugar-free options too.
Teacakes & Nostalgia
- My absolute favourite to bake: Orange Chocolate Teacake (reminds me of school-time orange toffees).
- Other hits: Ferrero Nutella, Lotus Biscoff, and Coffee Pecan teacake. All with that proper ghar ka (homestyle) feel.
Brownies, Cookies & More
- Gooey brownies (like the strawberry one with Nutella drizzle) and big, soft-centre cookies.
- Must-try: Almond Brownie Crinkle, Apricot Pecan, Chocolate Seasalt.
Baked Cheesecakes
- Finding a proper eggless baked cheesecake is tough, so I just make my own. Favourites: Biscoff, Mango (with real Alphonso aamras), and classic berry.
Little Bites, Big Flavours
- Dessert tubs for parties, cupcakes in all shapes (think festival themes), and cake pops for those who just want to try a bit of everything.
Sometimes, all you need is a good dessert. Little guilty, but always worth it.

My Story
2024, what a wild ride! Started with just me and my love for baking, now we’re a team of ten, running a bigger kitchen and a new Kandivali store. Not gonna lie, some days I’m all grumpy, but my team and family keep me sane. Every day’s a lesson, every smile from our treats makes it worth it. Thanks for sticking with us, and being part of this sweet chaos.
