This cake is the heart of our menu. It’s fully gluten-free, made without any added sugar, and is 100% vegan. We require one day's notice for pre-orders because we bake everything from scratch to ensure it's perfect for you.

Transparency is key to what we do. Instead of refined sugar, we use natural sweeteners like erythritol and maltitol. We replace maida with nutrient-rich oat flour for a gluten-free base. And for that creamy ganache, we use coconut milk instead of dairy.

Our process relies on patience, not shortcuts. We use high-fiber oat flour instead of refined flour to create a dense, satisfying sponge, then layer it with our scratch-made tart cranberry compote and coconut milk ganache. Because we do not use preservatives, we need 24 hours to bake and set your order from scratch.
