Essential Turnkey Construction
Structure & Civil
- Design: Includes 2D floor plans, structural drawings, and standard 3D elevation design.
- Core Materials: RCC frame using Fe500 grade steel (Rathi/Kamdhenu) and standard cement (Ultratech/Ambuja).
- Masonry: Red clay bricks (Class 1) or AAC blocks with 1:4 ratio plastering.
- Ceiling Height: Standard 10 to 10.5 feet clear height.
Finishes & Flooring
- Flooring: Double-charged vitrified tiles (Kajaria/Simpolo 2x4 ft) in living areas and bedrooms; anti-skid tiles in bathrooms.
- Kitchen: Semi-modular setup using moisture-resistant ply with laminate finish and Indian Granite (Jet Black) countertop.
- Paint: Interior walls finished with plastic emulsion (Asian Paints) over putty; exterior weather-proof Apex paint.
Fittings & Fixtures
- Bathrooms: CP fittings (Jaguar/Cera mid-range), wall-mounted WCs, and standard ceramic washbasins.

- I use 2D/3D drawings and even virtual tours, so you can actually see what your home or workspace will feel like before we start digging.
- After the design, my construction crew takes over. We’re on-site through every step - foundation, structure, interiors, the whole deal. I’m not the “just hand over a plan” type.

We’re USL Design House, but friends call us Architects New Age. Delhi’s home turf, with Ghaziabad and Patna in the mix. We’re that bunch of architects, designers, engineers, all a little obsessed with seeing blank plots turn into real homes and buzzing offices. Last three years? Over 20 projects done and dusted.
