I run USL Design House as a one-stop place for anyone looking to build something new or transform a space. No passing the parcel between designer and builder - my team handles your project from first sketch to final handover, all under one roof.

How We Work

• We always start by chatting about what you want, what you need, and what you can spend. I like to get real about goals and limits.
• I use 2D/3D drawings and even virtual tours, so you can actually see what your home or workspace will feel like before we start digging.
• After the design, my construction crew takes over. We’re on-site through every step - foundation, structure, interiors, the whole deal. I’m not the “just hand over a plan” type.

My Design DNA

I lean into modern, luxe looks but always keep a bit of desi (Indian) feel in there. Think glass, stone, wood, cool lighting - but never cold or soulless.

Real Talk on Budgets

You don’t need a massive budget for good design. I’ll work with what you have and be straight up if something’s not doable. Smart planning beats a fat wallet most days.
