This residence in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, showcases our approach to modern luxury. The design uses glass boxes and pergola-like screens to create a porous facade, blurring the lines between the lush exterior landscape and the interior living spaces, especially when illuminated at night.
We designed this double-height foyer as a grand welcome. The space is defined by book-matched marble walls and a magnificent crystal chandelier, establishing a narrative of timeless grandeur and neoclassical elegance from the moment you step inside.
In this living room, we integrated the fireplace with a continuous expanse of white Ondulutu stone, creating a seamless and monumental feature wall. The neutral palette is punctuated by luxurious textures and carefully selected furniture, achieving a balance of classic grace and contemporary comfort.
The master suite in our Punjabi Bagh project is a sanctuary designed for slow, luxe living. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows invite the surrounding greenery indoors, while a fluted feature wall and understated materials create a serene, textural backdrop for rest and relaxation.
This architectural render showcases an upcoming 25,000-square-foot residence in Noida. The design recedes on upper levels to create expansive terraces and landscaped pockets on every floor, demonstrating our ability to integrate large-scale structures with natural elements.
This dining area for an apartment at DLF Camellias is designed for sophisticated entertaining. A sleek bar cabinet acts as both a functional storage unit and a screen, creating an elegant transition to the living area while maintaining an open, fluid layout.
We believe every space deserves meticulous attention. This powder room is a testament to that, featuring captivating book-matched stone and opulent brass fixtures to create a small sanctuary of regal allure and timeless elegance.
We are proud to be recognized for our work. Our design for the Laxcon Steel Plant Office was honored with a Gold Winner award at the prestigious 2023 IDA Design Awards, affirming our commitment to architectural excellence.
Every project begins with a vision. This initial hand-drawn sketch for a double-height formal drawing room and fireplace feature shows the conceptual foundation of our design process, where ideas first take shape before being translated into reality.

About Residential Architecture & Interior Design

What I Focus On

I put comfort first. My work is about making sure your home feels like yours, not just a pretty picture. I want spaces to last and matter - they should improve how you live, not just look good for Instagram.

Style That Blends Old & New

You’ll see a mix of contemporary home design and classical touches in my projects. I’m into “slow, luxe living” - understated luxury, not flashy stuff. Mostly it’s a minimal backdrop, with a few bold or decorative spots where it really counts. Whether you want a neoclassical villa or a modern flat, I keep it real and personal.

The Way I Work With You

Every home starts with you - your lifestyle, the climate, the land itself. I do a lot of sketches, visit the site, and fix things on the go. No cookie-cutter plans. Each piece - from the architecture to the furniture - is bespoke. I like to think of my work as site-specific design solutions.

Structure Meets Soul

I play with big volumes (single, double, triple heights), lots of light, and indoor-outdoor living spaces. You’ll see open facades, terraces, huge windows, and greenery everywhere.

Materials matter - I use book-matched marble, terrazzo, warm woods, brass accents, and custom furniture. Every detail, from the entrance chandelier to the powder room, is picked for you.

What Keeps Me Going

Nothing beats when a family comes back years later for another project. That trust means everything and shows that my homes aren’t just stylish - they’re built to last.

My Story

We’re Urbanscape Architects, started by Dinesh Panwar in 2008. Buildings, for us, aren’t just walls and roofs—they’re memories, stories, comfort. We dive deep into every project, get our hands dirty with sketches and site work, always chasing that feeling when a client comes back after years. That trust? That’s why we do it. We love playing with forms, mixing materials, and making spaces that actually feel like home.
