Essential Standard Residential Interiors
Scope of Work
- Turnkey management from 2D design layouts to final handover.
- Minor civil changes including demolition and repair up to 5% of wall area.
- Standard Gypsum board false ceiling in peripheral or tray design with cove lighting provisions.
- Plastic Emulsion paint (Asian Paints/Berger) on walls and Enamel paint on metal grills.
Woodwork (On-Site Execution)
- Modular Kitchen: MR Grade Plywood structure with High-Gloss or Suede Laminate finish. Includes SS 304 wire baskets and bottle pull-outs.
- Wardrobes: Commercial Blockboard or Ply construction with swing or basic sliding doors. Finished with standard laminates and PVC edge banding.
- TV Unit: Basic floating console design with laminate finish and backdrop paneling up to 4x8 ft.
Electrical & Plumbing
- Supply and installation of LED concealed downlights (12W-15W) and strip lights.
- Relocation of existing points and new points with modular switches (Anchor Roma/Panasonic).
- Installation of sanitary ware and CP fittings (labor included).
Decor & Soft Finishes
- Standard SS or powder-coated curtain brackets and rods.
- Anti-termite treatment for all new woodwork.

Design & Consultation
- Comprehensive 2D/3D visuals and VR walkthroughs with a dedicated project manager.
- Theme selection including Contemporary, Modern Luxury, or Classical with elevation drawings.
Premium Woodwork & Joinery
- Kitchen: BWP Marine Grade Ply carcasses with Anti-scratch Acrylic or PU Paint shutters. Features soft-close Hettich/Hafele Innotech runners and Quartz countertops.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling modular designs finished in PU Polish, Veneer, or Lacquered Glass with internal sensor lighting.
- Wall Paneling: Extensive use of fluted panels, charcoal sheets, veneer with metal inlay strips, or backlit stone sheets.
Signature Decor Elements
- Sacred Space: Custom CNC cut backlit Jaali with Corian or stone finish ledge.
- Ceiling: Designer false ceiling with multi-layered POP, wooden rafters, or PVC panel accents.
- Kids Rooms: Themed elements including custom shaped beds and study units.
Flooring, Electrical & Glazing
- Flooring: Installation of Italian Marble or Large Format GVT Tiles (4x8 ft).
- Lighting: Magnetic track lights, heavy profile lighting, and chandelier installation.

- Ceiling: Options of Grid Ceiling (Armstrong), Baffle ceiling, or Open Industrial look with painted HVAC ducts.
- Flooring: Heavy-duty Commercial Vinyl, Nylon 6 Carpet Tiles, or Wooden flooring for executive zones.
Furniture & Fixtures
- Workstations: Modular linear workstations with powder-coated metal legs and pre-laminated tops.
- Reception: Custom-designed reception desk with branding wall and signage provision.
- Cafe Seating: Fabrication of booth seating and supply of cafe tables.

My Story
We’re USL Design House, but friends call us Architects New Age. Delhi’s home turf, with Ghaziabad and Patna in the mix. We’re that bunch of architects, designers, engineers, all a little obsessed with seeing blank plots turn into real homes and buzzing offices. Last three years? Over 20 projects done and dusted. We love making spaces that actually feel alive, and we’re itching to take our vibe to more cities.
