We provide everything you need, from sanitized, cleated performance shoes to fresh sweat towels, so you can just walk in and ride. Our instructors personally help with bike setup and posture checks before every session, ensuring you start safe and finish strong.

What to Expect

Every class is led by instructors who focus on progress, not perfection. We integrate upper-body movements like push-ups and tap-backs into the cycling, giving you a full-body burn. If you are new to the bike, we recommend our Intro rides to help you get comfortable with the cadence and equipment.

We operate two main studios in Bengaluru at Indiranagar (Domlur) and Victoria Layout (Central Bangalore). Both facilities are fully equipped with showers, lockers, and premium toiletries, so you can transition straight from the bike to your day.
