"The Wisdom Years" is a soulful program I designed for women in their 40s and beyond. This workshop combines mindfulness, gentle movement, and self inquiry to help you embrace hormonal shifts with grace and redefine aging as empowerment.
Here is a sample of my Women's Wellness offerings for the month. I collaborate with experienced practitioners to offer a range of classes like Shakti Meditations, AromaYin Yoga, and Womb Healing, all held in person at my Indiranagar space.
