- Layout Modification: Demolition of non-load-bearing partition walls to create open kitchen concepts, including lintel reinforcement and debris removal.
- Utility Works: Relocation of sink/drainage points and heavy-duty electrical rewiring for Hobs, Chimneys, and Ovens.
- Flooring: Re-tiling of the kitchen floor to match adjacent living areas and installation of designer dado backsplashes.
Cabinetry & Finishes
- Core Material: Custom-built carcasses using BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood (IS 710).
- Shutters: Premium finishes including High-Gloss Acrylic, PU Coat, or Matte Veneer.
- Countertops: Installation of Quartz or Kalinga Stone slabs (18-20mm) with edge nosing and polishing.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges, tandem box drawers, and organizers (Hettich/Blum/Hafele). Includes tall pantry units or appliance garages.
- Lighting: Under-cabinet profile LED strips and task lighting for counters.

- Paint: Application of double-coat wall putty and Premium Emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale) in single-tone palettes.

- False Ceiling: Gypsum ceiling design (peripheral or full coverage) to conceal structural beams and wiring.

How I Work My Magic
- Love knocking down unnecessary walls. Open concept renovation is my jam - bringing in natural light and making rooms flow together.
- Whether you want a French café feel or a mud-in-the-bathroom kinda rustic, we’ll nail the mood together.
- I swap out busy, outdated materials for subtle palettes, rich wood, marble, or quirky tiles. Each detail matters.
- Leftover marble? Don’t throw it! I’ll turn it into custom shelves or something cool. Sustainable interior upgrades are always on my mind.

Ondhu chikka kathe! (One small story). We started as freelancers, lot of hustle, lot of doubts. Two years back, we just said, let’s make it official. Every day was hope, fear, and some madness. Now, looking at all those tiny lines we drew, I feel proud. We don’t just build - we see beauty in broken things, like old window frames or tree branches. Our team, our clients, our site folks - all making dreams real. Today, we’re aiming higher, with a bit more heart.
