Commercial and Institutional Interior Design
Most commercial spaces try to scream for attention with heavy cladding. We prefer to whisper through architecture that invites people in. From transparent showroom facades to welcoming institutional entries, we design for impact and purpose.
This 3D render shows our vision for a haute couture brand's studio and showroom. The design features an open layout, natural materials, and plenty of greenery to create a luxurious and inviting atmosphere for high-end clients.
The welcome space for an educational institute in Koramangala, nearing completion. We designed the building to be transparent from the main road, with an extravagant waffle slab ceiling clad in rich veneer to draw people in.
A detailed look at the veneer-clad waffle slab ceiling under construction. This complex structural element becomes the main design feature, creating a sense of richness and unique identity for the institution.

About this collection
Most commercial spaces try to scream for attention with heavy cladding. We prefer to whisper through architecture that invites people in. Take the welcome space we designed for an institute in Koramangala. Instead of a busy facade, we used a warm, veneer-clad waffle ceiling that you can see right from the main road. It is honest, inviting, and tells visitors exactly what to expect before they even step inside.
Commercial architecture in a city like Bengaluru often relies on over-the-top facades and flashy signs to compete for attention. Our approach is the opposite. We believe that a well-designed space should act as its own billboard.
Transparency as Design
For retail and educational spaces, transparency is a tool. We prioritize large glazing and open layouts. This removes the barrier between your brand and the public. Whether it is a haute couture studio on Lavelle Road or an institutional lobby, we want the outside world to see the quality of work happening within.
Structural Honesty
We look for features that can define a space. In one of our recent institutional projects, the waffle slab ceiling was not just a structural requirement but the primary design element. By cladding it in veneer and integrating warm, recessed lighting, we turned a standard lobby into an inviting, warm transition zone.
Planning for Traffic
Institutional design needs to handle flow. We plan layouts that guide people naturally, using lighting and material changes to denote waiting areas, reception desks, and movement zones. This prevents the 'Jathre' effect—the chaotic mess of signage and clutter—and keeps the environment calm and professional.
Practicality
We understand that commercial spaces need to be durable and maintainable. We select high-traffic materials like vitrified tiles, heavy-duty veneers, and reliable lighting systems that stand up to daily use without losing their premium aesthetic.
