Every project includes heavy-duty chemical waterproofing for sunken slabs and high-quality CPVC piping to ensure your space stays a sanctuary, not a maintenance headache. We strip away the unnecessary, focusing on BWP marine-grade plywood for vanities and strategic lighting that turns a standard utility area into a place where you can actually pause.
Design Beyond the Tiles
For us, the bathroom is not just a utility space. It is the one room where you can truly be alone, think, or just breathe. We often see bathrooms overwhelmed by the 'Jathre' (messy overload) effect—too many patterns, too many accessories, too much going on. Our approach is the opposite. We use materials like textured aqua subway tiles, herringbone patterns, and warm matte finishes to create a cohesive mood rather than a chaotic one.
The Technical Foundation
A beautiful bathroom fails if it isn't built to last. Our turnkey reconstruction process is rigorous:
- Demolition & Prep: We gut the space, removing old tiles and outdated sanitary ware to clear the canvas.
- Waterproofing: We apply multi-coat chemical waterproofing for all sunken slabs, a non-negotiable step to prevent future leaks.
- Plumbing: We replace old, unreliable GI pipes with new CPVC lines to ensure water pressure and longevity.
- Cabinetry: All vanities are custom-built using IS 710 BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood, so they can handle the humidity of a steamy shower.
