- Demolition: Breaking of non-load bearing internal partition walls to combine rooms, removal of existing flooring, and stripping of bathroom tiles.
- Debris Management: Bagging and trucking away of all demolition waste to authorized dump yards.
- Masonry: Construction of new partition walls, creation of structural stone-clad arches, and plastering with river sand/m-sand mix.
- Flooring: Supply and installation of premium options including natural Jaisalmer stone, large-format vitrified slabs, or engineered wooden flooring.
Bespoke Interior Architecture
- Ceiling Treatments: Heavy timber-style coffered ceilings using veneer/wood boxing, curved cornices, or exposed concrete finishes.
