Standard 2BHK Full Home Renovation
Core Furniture & Joinery
- Master Wardrobe: Floor-to-ceiling (up to 9ft) sliding or openable wardrobe. Material: Commercial plywood with Royaltouch/Merino Laminate finish.
- Guest Wardrobe: Standard hinged wardrobe (up to 7ft width) with loft storage and internal drawers.
- Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel renovation using BWP Marine ply. Finish: High-Gloss or Matte Laminate. Hardware: Soft-close hinges and tandem boxes by Hettich/Hafele.
- TV Unit: Custom entertainment unit with laminate or PVC marble back paneling and storage drawers.
Civil, Electrical & Ceiling
- False Ceiling: Designer Gyproc peripheral/cove design in Living and Dining areas.
- Lighting: Installation of LED strips and COB lights in false ceilings.
- Painting: Full home repainting (Walls + Ceiling) using Asian Paints/Berger Emulsion. Includes putty touch-ups.
- Civil: Chipping and plastering for electrical point shifting. (Note: Floor tile replacement not included).
Complete Modular Kitchen Overhaul
Demolition & Civil Work
- Dismantling: Removal of existing concrete/granite platform, sink, and old wall tiles.
- Countertop: Installation of Jet Black/Galaxy Granite or entry-level Quartz.
- Tiling: Supply and laying of new ceramic/vitrified dado tiles (2ft height) above counter.
- Utilities: Relocation of plumbing points for sink and electrical points for chimney/hob.
Modular Cabinetry
- Material: 100% BWP Marine Grade Plywood carcasses.
- Finish: Premium High-Gloss or Anti-Scratch Acrylic with seamless edge banding.
- Hardware: Soft-close systems by Hettich/Hafele. Includes cutlery tray, bottle pull-out, and wire baskets.

Civil & Waterproofing
- Strip-down: Hacking existing floor and wall tiles down to brick level.
- Waterproofing: Specialized dual-coat waterproofing treatment for floor and shower areas.
- Plumbing: Replacing old galvanized pipes with new CPVC/UPVC pipes to prevent leakage.
Aesthetics & Fixtures
- Tiling: Digital Vitrified wall tiles (up to 7ft) and Anti-skid floor tiles.
- Sanitary Ware: Wall-mounted EWC with concealed flush tank (Jaquar/Hindware).
- Fittings: Single-lever diverter, overhead rain shower, and health faucet.
- Vanity: Custom vanity counter with granite/stone top and moisture-resistant storage.

My Story
Hey, we’re Anil and Thanusha - civil engineer and architect, but mostly, partners who love building homes, not just houses. We quit the corporate life in Bangalore and started The Inside Story, our first baby! For us, it’s about emotion, not just walls and paint. When our clients say, ‘naavu ankondidkinta tumba chennagi maadikottidira’ (you’ve done better than we imagined), that’s the best part. Quality over quantity, always.
My Work
What we do - We design and build custom home interiors, renovations, villas, farmhouses, and even colleges. We also do space-saving furniture design.
We listen, then create - We love long chats, wild ideas, and really understanding what you want. Even if you’re abroad, we’ve got you.
