Economy Renovation Package
Civil & Flooring
- Flooring: Installation of standard glossy/matt vitrified tiles (Material allowance: up to ₹70/sq. ft.).
- Walls: Necessary plaster repairs and crack filling using Dr. Fixit/Asian Paints Damp Block where required.
- Demolition: Removal of existing flooring and debris disposal.
Kitchen & Dining
- Cabinetry: Semi-modular structure using commercial plywood with 0.8mm standard laminate finish.
- Countertop: 18-20mm thick Jet Black Granite or equivalent basic granite.
- Fittings: Stainless Steel Sink (Budget cap: ₹6,000) with Parryware or Viking faucets.
- Accessories: Basic wire baskets (SS 304); no soft-closing tandems or corner units.
Painting & Electrical
- Paint: Asian Paints Tractor Emulsion for internal walls (Matte finish, medium washability).
- Switches: HiFi brand or equivalent basic modular switches.
- Wiring: Finolex fire-resistant cabling.
Carpentry & Joinery
- Wardrobes: Hinged wardrobes in bedrooms using commercial ply and standard laminate. Handles: Standard SS handles.
