I use a specialized portable oven that reaches 450 degrees, allowing me to stretch, top, and fire each pizza in minutes right in front of your guests. Since my dough undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process, the crust stays light, airy, and easy to digest, meaning your guests won't feel bloated—they'll just want another slice.
When you book me for a live pizza party, you get a full, interactive experience. Whether it is a house party in Navi Mumbai, a birthday in Lonavala, or an office pop-up in BKC, I bring everything required: the high-heat oven, the prep station, and the fresh ingredients.
My approach is all about the Contemporary Neapolitan style. I use San Marzano tomatoes, fresh Fior di Latte mozzarella, and premium toppings like truffle oil and pesto. This isn't mass-produced party food; it is artisan pizza where the crust—the cornicione—is the star of the show.
