- Duration: 90 to 100 minutes of performance time.
Setup and Experience
- Sound: Fully acoustic performance best for rooms under 500 sq ft. Includes single portable monitor if required.
- Layout Guidance: Provider directs floor cushion placement to ensure optimal energy flow (client provides physical cushions).
- Context: Conversational context setting for each piece to help novice listeners understand the poetry or Raga.
Logistics
- Sound Check: Artists arrive 45 minutes prior for tuning.
- Attire: Artists perform in traditional attire matching a Golden Era aesthetic.
- Travel: Includes travel for Bangalore-based artists. Flights for outstation artists are extra.

My Story
Namaskara! I’m Trilochan Kampli, tabla is my world. Been at it for 29 years, played everywhere from big auditoriums to tiny rooms. But honestly? Those small baithaks, where you can just sit, chat, play, laugh with folks – that’s where the real heart of music is. My dad, Shri K.G. Somsekhar, taught me that music is a blessing, something to share. Every show, every tribute, it’s all about connecting and keeping that legacy alive.
