Performance Specs
- Artist: Badal Kashyap (Vocals + Acoustic Guitar).
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes (single flow or split sets).
- Setlist: Bollywood (Arijit Singh, KK), Retro (Jagjit Singh), and storytelling Originals.
- Vibe: Interactive storytelling with Hinglish engagement.
Logistics & Tech
- Gear Provided: Acoustic guitar, vocal mic, cables, music stand.
- Sound (Small Venue): Portable amp included for house parties (under 25 guests).
- Sound (Large Venue): Client must provide PA system (speakers + mic stand) for groups over 25.
- Travel: Included for Bangalore central hubs (Indiranagar, Koramangala, Whitefield).
Acoustic Duo or Trio Band
Band Configuration
- Core: Badal Kashyap (Vocals & Rhythm Guitar).
- Add on Options: Choice of Percussionist (Cajon/Djembe), Keyboardist, or Female Vocalist.
- Pricing: Lower range for Duo (2 Pax); Higher range for Trio (3 Pax).
Session Format
- Duration: 2 sets of 45 minutes with a 15 minute break.
- Style: Upbeat Bollywood covers, Pop Rock, and danceable rhythms.
- Dress Code: Smart casuals to semi formal.
Technical Requirements
- Client Scope: Venue must provide professional PA system, mixer with 3+ inputs, 2 mics, and stage monitors.
- Artist Scope: Instruments and sound check 45 minutes before start.

My Stage, My Story
Music is where I find my azaadi (freedom). I started writing songs at 17, and every time I’m on stage, it feels like home. From the hustle, the highs and lows, to finally standing under the lights with my guitar - that’s when I’m truly myself.

If you’re looking for something real - my acoustic sessions are just that. No fancy gimmicks, just the raw vibe of my voice and an acoustic guitar. It's all about that unplugged music night energy, where everyone can just chill and feel the songs.
Originals & Covers, Straight From The Heart
- My own songs like "Nataa", "Aazaadi?", and "Kuch Nahi" come with stories, straight from my life. I usually share what inspired them, so you get something personal and new, every time.
- I also love playing the hits we all know - Bollywood soul, retro gems, indie tracks, and even English rock. Expect everything from "Kabira" to "Creep". I always add my own twist to these soulful acoustic covers.

- Duo - sometimes I jam with another artist for a different vibe

Where I Play
You’ll find me at cafes, house gigs, private parties, and even corporate events. Based in Bangalore, but I’m always up for a trip - from Goa to Gokarna, I go where the music takes me.

My Story
Hey, I’m Badal. Bangalore is home but honestly, the stage is where I feel alive. Been at this for 12 years, started scribbling lyrics at 17, now it’s gigs in Goa, Gokarna, Coorg, wherever the music takes me. My band Malhar brings Bollywood Rock madness, but solo sets are where I pour my heart out. Just me, my guitar, and stories. Snowfall in Manali? Yeah, that’s going in a song soon. All this - it’s for you guys. Grateful, always.
